This new project on Queen Street is part of the Auckland city center master plan that sets the direction for transforming the heart of the city, into a thriving place. Oxco worked with Jagas to provide colour to the concrete spaces, moving Queen Street closer to the Masterplan vision of a transit street prioritizing pedestrians. Darkening the pavement with OXCO oxide gave the pathway style and contrast, which was key in delineating the multi-use path for safe movement.
