The Botanic – Silverdale Retirement Village

The Botanic is a new $480m retirement village on the Hibiscus Coast bringing 82 villas, 383 apartments and an aged care home with 48 suites to cater for a wide range of retirement needs.

Oxco provided colour to bring the concrete areas to life, tying into the park-like landscaping that is a feature on this high-end development.
